Stub end
The Stub End, which essentially a length of pipe, which has one end that is flared outwards and the other end prepared to be welded to pipe of the same Nominal Pipe Size. Stub End comes in two types – Long Stub End & Short Stub End.

Elbow
A 45° / 90° / 180° Butt weld Elbow helps create full penetration weld on both ends without any extra preparation needed for the butt weld fitting. A short radius elbow has pipe bend that is equal to the size of the pipe while a long radius elbow will have a pipe bend that will be 1.5 times the size of the pipe.
